The JESCO Advantage
JESCO's greatest asset is the client-oriented, teamwork driven spirit of our people. Throughout each project, JESCO works closely with your people to construct the facility, but we also strive to build a lasting relationship with you, the Owner. JESCO's work is not complete until we are rewarded with your next project. JESCO brings to its clients over $1 billion worth of completed construction experience over the last five years. This experience guarantees your team:
Single Source Responsibility:
JESCO has the capability to provide, under one contract and under one management source, all services from design through construction, process equipment installation, start-up and maintenance.
Financial Stability:
With approximately $300 million in bonding capacity and by being an operating unit of an ENR Top 50 Construction Company, JESCO has the financial backing to accomplish any construction undertaking.
Quality:
Many of our facilities were second or third jobs for the same Owner. In a price and schedule sensitive market, repeat work reflects Owner satisfaction.
Schedule:
For over 70 years, JESCO's record of meeting established schedules assures you of on-time openings and start-ups for your new facility.
Safety:
Driven by full-time safety directors, JESCO's proven safety program is reflected in our low experience modifier which is currently .62.
Price:
Completing annually $180-200 million of construction, most of which is industrial work for private Owners, JESCO stays competitive. We are estimating in the Southeastern market every day.
Management Reports:
JESCO provides multiple copies of monthly progress reports. These reports include an executive summary of the project status, photographs, itemized updates by discipline, cost reports, schedule updates and other information pertinent to particular jobs.
