This project was an approximate 160,000 square feet retail facility for Saks Fifth Avenue on the strip in Las Vegas. Construction included a two-story steel structure with EIFS exterior wall system and a single-ply membrane roof system. This project is one of over 50 retail facilities that JESCO has built for Saks, Inc.
