Outpatient Cancer Treatment Center

The North Mississippi Medical Center goal was to design and construct an outpatient cancer treatment center which would be on the leading edge of cancer treatment technologies. The design was to provide flexibility to accommodate changing cancer technologies and equipment, and also provide a means of expansion of the facility vertically since land is becoming scarce on the medical center campus. By utilizing a fast track negotiated approach completion time was reduced from 16 months to 11 months.
