The Wellness Center is the most comprehensive health and fitness facility in the North Mississippi area. Facilities include both indoor and outdoor walking/jogging tracks, cardiovascular and weight training equipment, free weights, a swimming pool, racquetball courts, and a variety of fitness classes. Services also include childcare, Pro Shop, member lounge, steam-room and sauna, and massage therapy.
