First National Bank of Oxford expanded its banking operations into downtown Tupelo with a new two-story branch bank in the Fairpark District.

JESCO, Inc. constructed this approximately 8,000 square foot two-story branch bank equipped with the latest security measures to ensure the safety of employees and customer valuables. The scope of work included a highly reinforced valuables/safe room, secured ATM room and interactive automated teller. The board member conference room located on the second floor has a 300 square foot balcony overlooking downtown Tupelo and houses future tenant space.

The building structure type is a conventional steel structure with concrete flooring, both TPO and standing seam metal roof and traditional metal stud framing/sheeting on exterior walls. The exterior veneer is comprised of three key elements, Arriscraft stone as the base, aged brick for the veneer and a GFRC cornice.
