Located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, JESCO performed this $35 million renovation that includes full upgrades and remodel to all 405 Guestrooms, Conference Center, Spa, Restaurants, Pools, Lounge and back of house areas. This renovation is part of the hotel’s transition from a Marriott to an Autograph Collection.

The project also includes renovation of multiple suites throughout the hotel property, including Honeymoon, Presidential and Governor Suites. The Grand Hotel continued to remain fully functioning throughout the entire renovation, even while the property infrastructure was completely replaced. Work for this project was performed during the “off season” for two (2) consecutive years, however, planning for the following years work continued during this downtime. Point Clear Holdings is a repeat client of JESCO, Inc. as this is our fourth renovation of The Grand Hotel.
