4th Avenue Parking Deck

This eight level, 1,200 plus parking space parking deck was constructed for the University of Alabama Birmingham in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. Construction included deep foundation piling, cast in place concrete, post tensioned concrete structure with brick and precast exterior. This parking deck includes valet parking, elevators, and a lobby for connection to the adjoining hospital.

Entergy District Service Center

This 16,000 square foot single story building constructed for Entergy Mississippi, Inc. is Green Globe Certified. Energy efficient windows, FSC certified wood products and low VOC paint include a few of the green products used in the construction of the facility. This site also contains a 100,000 square foot concrete site paving / storage area.
